Under his leadership, PinPoint Commercial has completed over $600 million in development and acquisition transactions in multiple markets across the U.S. John has been involved in hundreds of commercial real estate developments, investments, and sale transactions, and is committed to providing the highest quality real estate service.

David’s unique development expertise has been vital to PinPoint’s 436 acres of successful Houston area business park developments, as well as many projects underway in Texas and southeastern United States.

Stephen is responsible for the management of construction projects developed by PinPoint Commercial, including conceptual estimating, project scheduling, design coordination, contractor selection and negotiation, and value engineering. Stephen has over fifteen years of experience as a general contractor, and has successfully constructed over $150 Million in various building types.

Development Associate

Connor Oglesby is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing, and is a licensed Texas real estate agent. As Development Associate for PinPoint Senior Living, Connor oversees each component of development to ensure each project opens on time and ready for residents.

Executive Assistant

Sarah Haddad is the executive assistant to PinPoint Commercial’s president, John Thompson, and assists the entire team in accomplishing a variety of tasks. Sarah holds a bachelor’s from the University of Houston, where she majored in English and psychology and minored in French, and a Texas Teachers certification for early childhood through sixth-grade.

Construction Manager

Jordan Kessner joined PinPoint Commercial in 2015. He brings several years of construction experience to the team, including contract negotiation, estimating, and on-site management. As construction manager, Jordan oversees contractors, supervises a wide variety of projects, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all construction activities for PinPoint Senior Living.

As chief development officer, Carter leads a talented team who create innovative senior living communities. He leans on his 12 years of experience developing and planning a wide variety of asset classes in multiple markets to help navigate the development process. His primary goal is to provide the tools for the staff to deliver first class care in a setting that is comfortable for the residents and inviting to their families.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2002, Hank Dixon has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate assets valued at over $100 million. At PinPoint Commercial, Hank’s responsibilities include site analysis and identification, contractor coordination, financial management, and due diligence management to ensure each project stays on schedule and on budget.

Kevin Allen is responsible for all operational accounting and financial reporting functions of PinPoint Commercial, including internal controls, draw administration, vendor contract management, due diligence, and property tax administration. He is a licensed CPA. In his role as controller, Kevin manages all HR processes and supports the principals in cash and working capital management.
